We introduce ourselves

After a successful circumnavigation of the world with approx. 43,000nm 2018 – 2023 with a boat whose energy supply we planned and realized completely ourselves and which was largely based on renewable energies, we are convinced that this concept is the right one. In addition to the PV system and a SailinGen trolling generator, our wind generator was an indispensable support for the energy supply in “bad weather”, at anchorages, when the sky was overcast and during the obligatory night trips.

In 5 years we have only had to use the motor to charge the batteries a few times! We are pleased to share our experience in the use of renewable energies with you.
